Requirements
- Applicants could be Male/ Female, maximum 30 years old
- University Graduate (minimum D3) of any discipline
- Computer literate (minimum MS. Office)
- Having similar experience is an advantage
- Good English communication skill, both oral and written is a must
- Willing to work under Shift Schedule
- Able to work as individual as well as in a team
- Good interpersonal skill with outgoing and pleasant personality
- Customer and Service oriented
- Persuasive and able to manage emotional restrain
- Capable in handling complaint with empathy and willing to seek for information to solve problems at work
