Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
- Extensive experience at least 10 years in a Treasury or Global Markets Environment including from a risk management perspective
- Capable to develop and implement best practice market risk framework including policies, standards, processes and reporting which are appropriate to the regulatory regime of Indonesia and in accord with Base II
- Experience in developing policies for a sophisticated treasury operation
- Experience in managing multiple and varied complex issues
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent English written and verbal communication
