1. Applicants should be female

2. Hold minimum Diploma Degree major in Tourism / Hospitality Management

3. Have minimum 1 year of experience in similar position at 4 - 5 star hotel

4. Outgoing personality, high integrity, a team player, sociable and communicative

5. Perform initiative, proactive and able to work independently under minimum supervision

6. Familiar with Fidelio System

7. Good command in English both oral & written
